Shareholders Assembly of Nova Banka ad Banja Luka, at its 14th regular session, increased the share capital by over 10 million BAM. The amount of the issue was 10.89 million BAM, divided into 10.89 million common shares, whose nominal value was 1.00 BAM. The total capital, consisting of the basic (Tier 1) and supplementary (Tier2) capital, reached the level of 180 million BAM.
Nova banka is one of the leading banks in the market of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Since 1999, when the Bank was founded, until today, it has been recognized as a good employer, and has about 670 employees. The organizational structure of the Bank consists of the Head Office in Banja Luka, which is located in a modern and contemporary building in the city center, and 64 other organizational units, i.e. 12 branch offices, Branch office for trade in securities Broker Nova, 15 sub branch offices, 20 separate counters and 16 agencies. Since November 2002, the Bank has been listed on the Banja Luka Stock Exchange of Securities, and since June 2009 the shares of Nova banka have constituted one of the six shares, the only one from the financial sector, according to which the BH index published on the Vienna Stock Exchange is calculated.
Nova banka is highly technologically organized, it employs competent staff and successfully develops relationships with clients, led by quality. The Bank is distinguished by its independence in the development of the banking information system, setting up of the disaster recovery center, the implemented quality management system, and the implemented information security management system. All of the above contributed to the Bank's ability to adapt to the market, primarily through the development of a branch network and intensive investment in the development of products, technology and human resources, and it represents a leading example of responsible business in Bosnia and Herzegovina. In early 2016, Nova banka launched a Loyalty Club program called Super Nova. Within the Loyalty Club, in cooperation with its strategic partner, the company MasterCard, the Bank launched two new types of payment cards, namely MasterCard World Debit Card and MasterCard World Credit Card. This program envisages rewards and benefits for users of new payment cards, and all their users are automatically included in the Loyalty Club which allows collecting points during the payment cards transactions, then benefits in the form of discounts, free services of the Bank and other benefits offered by the MasterCard.
